The Electrostimulator 8c.Pro is an eight channel percutaneous (beneath the skin) electroacupuncture stimulator. Four output channels will deliver the stronger type, classical milliampere strength electrical current. Four will deliver the optional microcurrent waveform.

Product are great but customer service and efficiency are lacking.
First off I want to say the machine is 5 stars, but I’m rating the company a 2 stars. I’ve been essentially out of my one and only e-stim machine for over 3 months now. I had to order cables because mine were no longer working and after two months of waiting I received the incorrect cables because they apparently changed port/plug for the cables and machine which I didn’t know about and wish they had an option on the site or at least mention they’ve changed and have an option for the older version. I messaged them about this, they said they’d be sent out that day. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t received any sort of confirmation so I messaged them again because I understand mistakes happen, but then again I was told they’ll be sent tomorrow and it’s 04/11 and I have yet to receive the cables I ordered on 01/26. Unfortunately, the lack of efficiency makes me rate this a 2 because the lack of integrity of being told twice they’d send them and they never did. I guess I’ll have to settle for a different e-stim machine.

As always I really like this product. It is reliable and easy to use. My only complaint is that the company has changed the electrode connector to the box which means that I can not share the electrodes across my Pantheon machines. I really wish this had been advertised as I was not planning on having to purchase more.

If you are a professional acupuncturist, there is no excuse for not buying Pantheon 8c Estim machine. For your patients and for your practice.
This is my 4th one of these currently in use. All working (up to 10 years old) and no problems, after hundreds of hours of use.
Pro Tip: purchase the 8c because you'll regret it if you don't, and buy 9V rechargeable batteries (as little as $20 for 4 batteries with charger on Amazon). Good for business; good for the environment; good for you! -
