Repairs

At Pantheon Research, Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and top-notch customer service. We understand that occasionally products may require repair, and we're here to make that process as smooth as possible for you. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure your repair needs are handled in a timely and effective manner.


Step 1: Replace Batteries

Before reaching out to our technical support, please replace the batteries in your device. We've found that over 80% of repair issues are due to faulty batteries. We recommend you try replacing the batteries at least three times to rule out this common issue.


Step 2: Call for Troubleshooting

If replacing the batteries doesn't solve the problem, please contact our Technical Support team. Our specialists will attempt to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with you.


Step 3: In-house Repair

If our Technical Support team determines that your machine needs to be repaired in-house, please proceed as follows:

  • Packaging: Safely package your machine with adequate protection to prevent any further damage during transit.  Be sure to use tracking (ups, fedex, or USPS).  We are not responsible if a package doesn't get to us.

  • Receipt: Include a copy of your purchase receipt if available, as this may expedite the repair process.

  • Note: Attach a note to your machine with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

  • Contact Information: Make sure to include your phone number, email address, and shipping address in the note so that we can contact you during the repair process.

Step 4: Payment and Completion

Once your product has been successfully repaired, we will contact you for payment. After payment is received, your repaired product will be shipped back to you at the earliest convenience.


Note: Repair times and costs may vary depending on the extent of the repair required. We will provide you with an estimate after we have had an opportunity to assess your machine.
