Returns Policy
Unopened Items: You may return any of our products, in box they were shipped in, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund expect for shipping cost.
Once we receive your item, our shipping department will notify our accounting department and ask them to issue a refund to you. You will receive an email evidencing the refund.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund.
Opened Items: You may return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund but it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We guarantee the performance of all our products and they come with a 1-year warranty
When you return an opened item, we must disassemble the unit to perform certain diagnostics, give it a thorough inspection and repackage for shipping to another customer.
We do this so we can offer the new customer the same guarantee and warranty we gave to you.
In the event, you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please call us and we’ll respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.
For orders/returns outside of continental US, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.
