All orders ship within one week via UPS. Please add shipping time which could be from 1 -5 business days once the product is shipped. If you would like to use a different carrier, please let us know.
Occasionally, there may be a few days delay. We use high quality parts in assembling our products and there are only a few suppliers who meet our quality control standards. In the event one of our suppliers falls behind their delivery schedule to us, we become delayed in sending out our orders.
Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we’ll let you know via the email address you used when placing your order.

US orders: We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the US, other than Alaska and Hawaii. For these two States, you should have been given shipping quotes when placing your order.

Orders to Canada: Please note, as the “Importer of Record”, you are responsible and may have to pay brokerage fees, duties and tax on your order as it passes through customs. These charges may vary by Province.
Besides the US and Canada, we can and have shipped to virtually any address in the world.
Note: There are certain restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to specific international destinations.
